Do I pay before I see anything?
No. We build a free private demo of your site first. You only pay if you like it.
Is it really within an hour?
Yes, for requests sent Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm London time. If you send yours outside those hours, we send the link within the first hour of the next working day.
Are these prices final?
They are ‘from’ prices and may change before launch. Your written quote confirms the exact price before you pay.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, small content changes, and support. Higher plans add booking, reports and Google profile work.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly care plans can be cancelled with notice. Your written quote sets out the notice period before you pay anything.
Do I own my domain?
Yes, a domain registered for your business is yours.
